Cycling House Swiss Alps

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Cycling House Swiss Alps (hereinafter “the Organizer”) and any person (hereinafter “the Participant”) wishing to book and take part in a cycling camp organized by the Organizer.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services Offered

Cycling House Swiss Alps organizes premium cycling camps in small groups (max. 8 participants) in the Swiss Alps region (Champéry, Valais).
Each camp includes accommodation, certain logistical services, and guided cycling activities as described on the website at the time of booking.
The program may include additional experiences (e.g. UCI visit 🌈) as specified in the camp description.

  1. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and are per person, inclusive of all taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking through the online shop on cyclinghouseswissalps.com.

Payments can be made by credit card or according to the options offered during checkout.
The booking is confirmed once the payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been sent to the Participant.

  1. Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (by email) to the Organizer’s official address.

📅 Up to 30 days before the start of the camp: full refund of the amount paid (minus any banking fees).
📅 Less than 30 days before the start of the camp: no refund will be issued.

The Participant may propose a replacement person at no extra cost, subject to the Organizer’s prior written approval.

  1. Cancellation or Modification by the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify a camp in the event of:

  • Insufficient number of participants

  • Exceptional weather or safety conditions

  • Force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, official restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, the Participant may choose between:

  • Postponing to another date, or

  • A full refund of the amounts paid

No further compensation can be claimed.

  1. Insurance

Each Participant must have appropriate personal insurance covering:

  • Personal accidents

  • Medical expenses and repatriation

  • Third-party liability

The Organizer declines all responsibility for bodily injury, material or immaterial damage occurring during the camp, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  1. Liability & Safety

Participants take part in the camps at their own risk and must ensure that they:

  • Are in good physical condition

  • Have a bike in perfect working order, whether their own or rented from a partner

  • Respect traffic regulations and follow safety instructions provided by the guides

For bike rentals through external partners recommended by the Organizer, the rental contract is made directly between the Participant and the partner.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for technical issues, theft or damage occurring to rented equipment.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for accidents, theft, loss or material damage occurring during the camp.

  1. Program and Routes

The program described on the website is indicative.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify itineraries or the order of activities based on:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety considerations

  • The general level of the group

Such modifications do not entitle Participants to any refund.

  1. Image Rights

During the camps, the Organizer may take photos or videos of participants for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).

By participating in the camp, each Participant grants the Organizer free and unlimited permission to use these images on all Cycling House Swiss Alps communication media, without time limitation.

If a Participant does not wish to appear in these materials, they must inform the Organizer in writing before the start of the camp.

  1. Personal Data

Personal data collected during bookings and communications is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policyavailable on the website.
Data is used solely for managing bookings, communication, and the proper delivery of services.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
